President and Founder 
Victor incorporated Calicrostics during his senior year in college with visionary plans for mass distribution. Through support of a dynamic management team and the miracle of the internet, his dream is coming true.

For 15 years, Victor has successfully managed his own New Jersey based marketing company. He not only contributes articles to the Worrel Newspaper group, but also teaches adult school courses which focus on marketing strategies for small businesses. He has recently appeared the June issue of  Black Enterprise magazine, discussing his formula for strategic alliances.

Vice President - Creative Services
After a 7-year marketing and sales career in the telecommunications industry, Matt has returned to something he has always enjoyed writing poetry. In 1985, as a high school student, he started writing personalized "gift and "award" poems for friends and family , they were met with great praise at  recognition dinners, birthdays, and anniversaries in 1985. Fourteen years later, a serendipitous meeting with Victor Nichols on a Northern NJ racquetball court afforded him the opportunity to write poetry for a living while building a business from the ground up. In addition to penning many of the Calicrostics poems, he also manages the production process.

National Sales Manager
Clifford Safane is a 20-year veteran of the photographic, gift and art supply/picture framing industries. His career includes starting and running several picture presentation product companies, consulting for fast start-up and established firms, and advising specialty retailers how to increase their sales and profits. In addition, he has lectured at various industry conventions and holds seminars on subjects pertaining to the specialty retailer.

Webmaster
After 10 years in the automotive industry, Larry changed careers and is pursuing his computer science degree. He has already received a Webmaster certificate from FDU, and has a background in Photoshop, MS FrontPage, Linux, and HTML coding.
